About the project

Playing upon a family's recent move and forever love of Southern California, this redesigned home has a distinctly laid back beach vibe with subtle Hollywood Regency touches infused throughout. We relied on neutral and textural elements - such as grasscloth and tambour - with loads of indoor greenery for a calming California bungalow effect. Then, for a slightly regal juxtaposition, layered in black and white rugs, modern art and glam-inspired vintage finds for a subtle nod to Hollywood’s glory days.
